Skillnad kan ju kanske vara att det är lättare att få vara ifred om man har en egen ö. Det är ju inte lika lätt att smyga sig på och snoka som det är om du har en tomt bredvid polishuset.
... Och så vet abu sayef och andra skurkar att där finns någon med mycket pengar och inga poliser. Kanske säkerhetsvakter men ingen polis och ingen militär.
