The following rules and regulations will be strictly enforced.

These violations can result in immediate termination of your residential contract without any refund.
1. 'No mixed gender visit' violation (The dormitory has separate floors for male and female students.
If anyone is found trespassing in the rooms of the opposite sex, he & she will be expelled immediately)
2. Assault on another person, Any other conduct threatening or endangering physical health or safety of others
3. Possession of a dangerous weapon, fireworks and other explosives
4. Dealing in or use of illegal substances such as illegal drugs
5. Misuse of fire equipment during the ordinary times, not emergency.
6. Thefts and burglaries ,which will be included financial remuneration for such damage or theft as a disciplinary action
7. Vandalism
8. Disruptive behavior, disorderly conduct and causing big troubles with other residents.
9. Those who get written warning twice for violating rules and regulations
10. Noncompliance with a directive or not cooperating with residence Life staff who are performing their duties.


Those who violate them twice will be expelled from the International House without any refund.
11. No alcoholic beverages and smoking in the Residence Hall (The use of alcoholic beverages and smoking is prohibited inside the residence halls, including residence rooms. All areas of all residence halls are tobacco/smoke-free(nonsmoking)areas.)
12. No electric appliances and heating devices (These are not permitted inside the House for safety reasons.)
13. No cooking inside rooms (Cooking is not allowed inside rooms for safety reasons.)
14. No taking unauthorized items in the dormitory (These will be confiscated immediately)
15. No disturbances such as loud noise, loud music and big arguing, etc. which will cause other residentsÂ’ inconveniences. (Quiet hours are from 12:00am to 6:00am. During these hours residents should keep quiet in order not to disturb residents form studying and sleeping.)
16. No pets inside residence hall (Residents may not keep pets in any of the residence rooms.)
17. Responsibility for the issued items in dormitory room. (You are responsible for the issued dormitory room items and need to wash them for yourself.)
18. Signing in at the information desk is required for the visitorsÂ’ entrance. (ResidentsÂ’ visitors must sign in at the information desk before gaining access to the International Residence and all visitors must leave the dormitory before 10:00pm, Visitation Hours are from 08:00am until 10:00pm. Residents are responsible for the behavior of their guests, and bear all consequences of the violation of the HallÂ’s regulations.)
19. Duty for noticing the contagious disease (Contact the staff immediately when infected from a contagious disease and follow the directions given to you.)
