Jodå, det går att ersätta utan att köpa nya biljetter, men lite omständligt. Antagligen enklast att bara köpa nya biljetter.

Can I make a name change after I have booked?
It is not possible to make a name change after booking.
Lufthansa will render carriage only to the passenger named on the ticket and only on presentation of a relevant, valid ticket which contains the flight coupon for the relevant flight, all subsequent flight coupons and the passenger coupon.
In the event of an etix® (electronic ticket) being used, instead of the physical presentation of the ticket, the storing of the etix® in the booking system under the name of the passenger named in the booking applies.
De fall då ett bolag som Lufthansa skulle bemöda sig med att byta namn åt honom vore om han 1. hade stavat namnet fel eller 2. haft hög FF-status.
