Nån annan som blivit drabbad av askmolnen i en bokad Amsterdam resa?
Jag hade bokat på en viss hotell 19-23April men kom såklart inte dit, och hotellet har tydligen 7dagar som minimum tid för återbud!

Cancellation of any Confirmed Bookings should be done SEVEN (7) days before arrival by fax or letter. Failing to do so will result in a No-Show Charge for the complete stay for this period.
We would like to advice you to contact with your flight agency so that they can make the full refund to you from this booking.

Vad jag sett så har dom flesta hotellen 2 dygn. Nån som har koll på sånt här?
