On the night, we ordered VertigoÂs 9 Course Degustation Menu (3,500++ per person). The highlight of VertigoÂs 9 course menu was a tasty dish of marinated tuna tartar with avocado, tomato, sour cream and salmon roe served in a beautifully decorated plate. The unique texture of avocado enhanced the flavor tuna tartar and added a pleasant taste to the semi-raw fish, while the tomato and salmon roe gave another complex texture to every bite.
